Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute social campaigns that correspond with the client’s marketing strategy.
  • Own all responsibility for objectives happening to an account.
  • Be a relentless problem solver, constantly assessing and resolving challenges for the client and your colleagues.
  • Manage day-to-day communications between the client, our team, and any individuals in between.
  • Manage Account Coordinators and Marketing Interns to outline and complete projects.
  • Schedule all necessary meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, debriefs, and deliverable reviews.
  • Add value to client campaigns and company culture.
  • Be curious, ask questions, and learn something new every day.

Your Experience Includes:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of Entrepreneurial street credit.
  • Experience working on social and digital campaigns.
  • Experience knowing or growing social media trends and accounts.
  • Ability to inspire teammates towards completion of a specific project.
  • A limitless curiosity and knowledge about all things social, web, and mobile.
  • Ability to write with a strong voice, without typo or delay.

Marketing Intern Job Description


TFC Marketing is seeking professional, detailed oriented Marketing Interns for the Fall 2017 semester. The role will be to assist Account Coordinators and Account Executives in the following objectives:

  • Social Media Management: 📲
    • Distinguish, grow and engage with clients’ online audience.
  • Content Creation: 🎥
    • Search, edit, create & organize forms of content including blogs, vlogs, graphics, cinema-graphs, and stills.
  • Lead Generation: 👥
    • Garner relationships with third-party pages, influencers, and brand ambassadors to generate client leads.  


Students interning at TFC Marketing will learn/improve 5 important skills:

    • Interns at TFC are responsible for following in-office schedules, attending strategy meetings, weekly reflections, and completing assigned objectives.  Interns will have to be able to effectively manage their time to have success in the position.
